“ We had a birthday dinner for a 8 year old! They came and sang , gave her a dish of ice cream! The staff was quick to assist us with any inquiries. The bread was soft and delicious, the salad i got was good but only had alittle bit of dressing! I got the chicken parm and it was alot to finish and hit the spot! ”
“ The staff is super friendly and very attentive, especially with a table with kids. Everything I've eaten there is great. Chicken Parmesan dinner is my favorite. We go on Tuesday night for "kids eat for two dollars" with the purchase of an adult entree. We love all you can eat salad, soup, and bread. We can feed two kids with one kids' meal sample platter. ”
“ the manager on duty denise was exactly what you expect from and hope for out of a food experience. she checked in every time and as soon as she even saw me expression change she was 100% on it to cater to me and make me happy with the service. i shed like a dog and found a hair on my food (not IN, on top of. and i’m 99.9% sure it was my own hair) and she went out of her way to take it off our bill just for the concern. our server jason was also kind and attentive. i love east side mario’s and have been to a few locations and this is by far the best!! ”

“ We just decided last minute to go out for dinner for Valentine’s Day. Our first stop to see if it was even feasible (because we know it was gonna be super busy) was East Side Mario’s. We go in and greeted by the Owner Dianne. she says it’s only 20 minutes wait which is GREAT for Valentine’s Day!! We went to the bar and had a drink and then our table was ready. Our server Joe was fabulous! He was happy to be there and was so quick with everything and came and checked often to see how we were doing. Dianne came back around to check in and see also! Every single table was full but the food was so quick and delicious! Hot and tasty. We got the couples special. Appetizer, dinner and desert for 50. We also got the soup and salad!! We will definitely be back. ”

Our waiter Dave was prompt at asking if we wanted drinks and we got our bread quickly and it was so fresh & still warm ( YUM YUM ! ) I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Hero Sandwich, my mom had their Chicken Wrap with a delicious Caesar Salad and her friend had a Chicken Caesar Salad.
